What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a stock truck within quarry operations to haul raw materials such as stone, gravel, and aggregate
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Load, transport, and dump materials efficiently while following established haul routes and procedures
- Communicate with dispatch and equipment operators to coordinate material movement and production needs
- Adhere to all site safety standards, MSHA regulations, and company policies
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy trucks in a quarry or similar industrial environment
- Strong focus on safety awareness and adherence to regulatory and company standards
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate in dynamic work conditions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Dependable work ethic with flexibility to support changing operational demands
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
