Job Responsibilities

Brand message implementation management:

  • Brand theme development & communication approach for mass targeted segment. Develop communication framework & activities for different targets including mass audience, internal & agent.
  • Brand theme & approach cascade to share service team. Hero assets idea development management with vendor or share service team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive brand efforts and seamless execution of strategies.

Brand asset, guideline management:

  • Brand asset monitor and maintenance control, including regular refreshment of brand theme in all touch points
  • Brand guideline consultation & endorsement

Product & Customer Communication:

  • Monitor industry trends, review competitors, and analyze past product and customer campaigns. Leverage insights to refine product launch strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop product launch themes and communication approaches tailored to different customer segments. Build communication frameworks and activities for mass audiences, existing customers, and partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive execution of product launches and customer campaigns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of product launches and customer campaigns through metrics and customer feedback, making adjustments to enhance impact and relevance.

Channel Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Marketing Communication Planning & Alignment: Define the overall project scope, strategy, and objectives, ensuring they are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. Represent the marketing function in discussions with business teams to secure alignment and endorsement of action plans.
  • Lead the design of rollout frameworks for product and customer campaigns, and oversee their implementation across channels to ensure consistency and impact.

Supervise campaign operations, providing guidance to streamline internal processes, enhance customer experience, and mitigate risks. Ensure that promotional activities are executed effectively and support the broader marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in brand management, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in leading branding and marketing campaigns in multi-national Marketing Dept. or in Advertising Agencies as Business Development or Account Planning position.
  • Required competencies & proficiency: Marketing Strategies Development (Intermediate); Brand Strategies Development (Advance), Stakeholder Management (Advance) and Channel Marketing (Advance)
  • Business driven mindset. Innovative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing
  • Excellent multitasking skills, open-minded, resilience and be able to work under stress deadlines or multi-projects with same deadline.
  • Maintain an agile mindset, adapting to fast changes and balancing immediate priorities with future implications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
