About the role
Drive ISC OU growth acceleration through a robust innovation pipeline and disciplined execution of new product introductions. The role ensures delivery of incremental growth by unlocking whitespace opportunities, scaling innovations, and enabling market expansion and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong innovation and growth pipeline aligned to ISC priorities
- Identify whitespace opportunities using consumer, market, and competitive insights
- Drive end-to-end execution of NPIs to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Lead growth acceleration initiatives across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal
- Drive transformation initiatives linked to the ISC growth agenda
- Lead integration of M&A initiatives during execution to ensure value realization

- Strong, forward-looking innovation pipeline with clear growth contribution
- Consistent delivery of NPI-led incremental growth
- Accelerated growth outcomes in emerging ISC markets
- Successful M&A integration with timely value capture
- Improved speed and effectiveness of innovation delivery
Why you?
Basic Qualification
- 12–15 years of experience in innovation, commercial, strategy, or transformation roles
- Proven track record in delivering growth initiatives and pipeline development
- Experience in product launches, market expansion, or portfolio management
- Ability to translate insights into scalable growth opportunities
- Strong ownership mindset with high delivery orientation and agility
- MBA / Masters in relevant field from an Institute of eminence.
