What the Role Entails
PUBG MOBILE EEU 团队招募 EECA 电竞经理，支持在 EECA 区域的电竞业务推进。该岗位以项目执行与统筹为核心，需要协调多方资源，确保各类赛事及相关项目高质量、按节奏落地。
- 负责业余赛事（如 PMNC）的日常推进与管理，包括对接办赛方、跟进推广与交付进度、问题反馈及直播验收
- 协同电竞社媒项目，根据既定策略制定执行计划，协调本地团队与供应商推动内容落地
- 支持区域性职业赛事（如 PMGO EECA Finals）的执行工作，推进项目方案与资源对接
- 统筹项目整体进度与沟通，明确时间线与交付物，推动内部团队（如社媒、赛事运营）及外部供应商高效协作并按时交付

- 对电竞行业有兴趣，具备基础认知
- 具备优秀的沟通能力，能够在多团队环境中高效推进工作
- 具备较强的结构化思维与执行力，做事有条理，能够清晰管理时间线与任务优先级
- 主动性强，有责任心，能够主动跟进问题并推动解决，而非被动等待指令
- 抗压能力强，能够适应赛事周期内的高强度工作节奏
- 英语流利（俄语能力为加分项）
