Position Overview 

The Senior Manager of Partnerships, Licensing & Collectibles is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of branded collectibles (custom LTE products in partnership with talent or brand relationships), licensed products, and mailer programs that enhance the consumer experience and strengthen emotional connection with our brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, product marketing, and consumer engagement, turning physical touchpoints into meaningful brand moments. 

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of collectibles and PR mailers, from concept through production and global rollout, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and operationally strong, with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for brand craft, and a bias toward action. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Own the collectibles and mailers strategy across SharkNinja, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, product launches, and seasonal priorities 
  • Develop compelling, on brand concepts for mailers and collectibles that elevate our brands within culture and unlock incremental revenue streams for collectibles. 
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution 
  • Partner with Creative teams, ID, and CMF to brief, review, and refine designs, copy, and materials 
  • Track performance and impact, using consumer feedback, engagement metrics, and operational learnings to optimize future programs 
  • Ensure global scalability, adapting programs for regional markets while maintaining brand consistency 
  • Stay ahead of trends in packaging, collectibles, materials, and consumer engagement to fuel innovation 

 

Key Functional Skills/Knowledge 

  • Strong brand sensibility with an appreciation for design, storytelling, and physical brand experiences 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines 
  • Experience working with external vendors and production partners 
  • Ability to balance creativity with operational and budget constraints 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels 
  • Analytical mindset with comfort evaluating effectiveness and ROI 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, packaging, product marketing, experiential marketing, or related fields 
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing physical brand assets (e.g., packaging elements, cojllectibles, brand licensing) 
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting multi-market rollouts 
  • Familiarity with creative production, print processes, and manufacturing timelines 
  • Experience managing budgets and external partners 

 

 

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
