The Presence platform by Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Presence Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of customized events and programming across a portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings in the Boston area. This role focuses on creating engaging experiences that foster tenant connection, enhance well-being, and build a strong sense of community. The Presence Program Manager will design and deliver memorable activations for tenants, clients, and visitors, serving as a hospitality ambassador within each building. They will actively engage with tenants to ensure a welcoming and positive experience while also overseeing program budgets, developing newsletters, and leading marketing and social media efforts. Additionally, the role involves evaluating program performance and refining strategies to maximize impact. Reporting to the Senior Presence Program Manager, this position collaborates closely with Property Teams to successfully implement and support ongoing programming initiatives.

They will actively engage with tenants to ensure a welcoming and positive experience while also overseeing program budgets, developing newsletters, and leading marketing and social media efforts. Additionally, the role involves evaluating program performance and refining strategies to maximize impact. Reporting to the Senior Presence Program Manager, this position collaborates closely with Property Teams to successfully implement and support ongoing programming initiatives. 

Develop and execute a comprehensive tenant and community communications strategy, including the creation, management, and distribution of newsletters and digital content.
 
Curate and deliver strategic programming that activates building spaces, fosters community, and promotes tenant engagement and wellness.
 
Develop and manage dynamic programming calendars across multiple buildings, ensuring consistent, engaging, and well-coordinated events and experiences at each property.
 
Plan, coordinate, and execute on site events and programming, including budgeting, vendor management, procurement, logistics (setup/breakdown), communications, and tracking attendee satisfaction and performance metrics.
 
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to support high-quality event and program delivery.
 
Manage and optimize social media channels and building engagement platforms to drive participation, increase attendance, and enhance the overall tenant experience.
 
Leverage available communication tools (e.g., digital boards, building apps, newsletters) to maximize engagement and awareness of programs and events.
 
 
Ensure alignment with Presence standards, policies, and best practices across all buildings.
 
Partner with property management to support budget planning, scheduling, and KPI tracking for tenant engagement initiatives.
 
Perform additional duties as needed to support overall program success and building operations.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00
