Job Description:

Our Beverage Delivery Driver is responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers only within the state of Wisconsin. This position is full- time, 4 day work week (Tues - Fri). Must be Licensed CDL Class B Driver.

Details/Benefits:

  • Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (4 DAY WORK WEEK & OFF WEEKENDS)

  • First Shift: Dispatch around 5 am till finish

  • Base Hourly Pay: $25 an hour

  • Overtime Pay: $37.50 an hour

  • Incentive Pay: eligible for an additional $25 per day

Responsibilities:

  • Loading/unloading truck

  • Timely route delivery with numerous stops

  • Delivering product into stores using truck ramp and a dolly cart, pallet jack or dock plate; including 200-1200 cases per day

  • Handling customer payments

  • Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected

  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid CDL Class B

  • A good driving record

  • Minimum of 2 years route driving, with offload experience

  • Experience with Electronic Log Device (ELDs)

  • Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly

  • Good math skills, detail oriented

  • Use of handheld, a plus

  • Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines

  • Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical
