The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing. This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. The team is a blend of the best analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists in the world. The marketing leadership at Agoda have deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and have built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology. The Performance Marketing Team also fosters a great learning environment. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be shaping and executing on the strategy and roadmap of merchandising campaigns at Agoda, from identifying the best product to merchandise on, to determining localized marketing strategy, to optimizing traffic and campaign ROI, to coordinating multi-department efforts. This role is a great opportunity to gain a broad range of knowledge as you will be innovating and experimenting on both the supply and demand sides of the business. Your daily activities will involve working with multiple supply organizations, learning about different consumer behavior across markets, strategizing a plan to optimize campaign results, and collaborating with marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Campaign implementation: work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and analyze promotional campaigns (Double 11, Black Friday, etc.) in 20+markets at Agoda
- Scale: coordinate supply operations to facilitate day-to-day collaborations with regional/country teams and to grow hotel promotion penetration
- Analyze: understand competition landscape and track competitor events, identify new opportunities through competitor benchmarking
- Innovate: propose new creative ideas or new channels to engage customers to grow campaign traffic and conversion; be able to implement data insights to future operations
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree from top university in a marketing or quantitative subjects (digital marketing, communications, statistics, economics, etc.) or business administration
- Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills
- Good numerical reasoning; proficiency in Excel
- Detail oriented, organized, team player and good time management skill
It’s Great if You Have
- Basic SQL skills
- Experience with Customer Marketing/Campaign Execution
