Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Group Technology Product - Risk team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping software solutions that meet both business and user needs, managing complex requirements and acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading requirement analysis, facilitating stakeholder communications and product delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful technology product deliveries.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are accurately translated into application features.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and feedback sessions to refine business requirements.

• Oversee project team to drive successful project delivery.

• Conduct gap analysis, identify and drive business process improvements and propose innovative solutions.

• Act as liaison between business units and the technical team to resolve any conflicts or roadblocks.

• Ensure that application development aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements and user expectations.

Job Qualification

• Experience Level: Proven experience 4-6 years as a Project or Tech Product Manager for software application development.

• Experience in Financial Services industry is required.

• Risk/Compliance domain knowledge would be preferred but not mandatory.

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field

• Proven experience in working with stakeholders and product delivery.

• Experience working in a Product or DevOps/Agile centric delivery model

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communications skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

• Ability to work with manage multiple priorities and work through uncertainty effectively.

• Experience with tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence.
