Magna NextGen Program

During this post graduate program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. As a Quality Engineer you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Quality at MAGNA. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor. 

Who we are looking for

• Fluent in English, German or Czech
• Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
• First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Understanding of process optimization and compliance requirements

Your  Responsibilities

• Supplier management and development
• Escalation process
• PPAP – part approval / sampling
• Problem solving within supplier complaints
• Reading technical documentation
