Responsibilities:
- Help with the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes for new production.
- Help establish required training by process and production part.
- Troubleshoot process related problems and take corrective action.
- Train to the system of managing process change.
- Understand all quality standards by part number and disposition product accordingly.
- Monitor and review non-conforming rate by part and process
- Develop and maintain a project list and activity log for review
- Provide technical support to manufacturing team by troubleshooting, molding/manufacturing related problems
- Perform molding trials on new and existing tooling as required.
- Conduct projects aimed at scrap reduction, quality improvements, productivity increases and general support of GROWTTH activities.
- Maintain positive communication between all team members on all shifts
- Performs necessary functions to adhere to Quality Standard guidelines.
- Provide daily updates to management on status of production floor issues and scrap.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
- Excellent attendance, extremely strong work ethic, self-motivated with minimal supervision preferred.
- Basic computer skills needed to understand programs and documentation.
