Director, North LAC Consumer Core Product SalesOverviewThe North LAC Consumer Core team is seeking a dynamic, strategically minded Director of Consumer Core Product Sales to drive differentiation, adoption, and commercialization of Mastercard’s key value‑added services. This role will elevate the impact of solutions such as Mastercard One Credential, Account Level Management, Access Pass, and our broader Consumer Value Proposition.
You will define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, power sales enablement, and partner across markets to ensure successful implementation and ongoing lifecycle optimization. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling the local CSC teams, regional product groups, and commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
Role
As Director, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Consumer Core products across North LAC — including Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will own strategy, enablement, adoption, lifecycle management, and customer readiness, ensuring every solution lands with excellence and delivers meaningful value to our clients and to Mastercard.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the subject matter expert for the full Consumer Core product suite–including Mastercard One Credential, Account Level Management, Access Pass, and the Consumer Value Proposition–across all North LAC markets.
• Lead the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy, sales enablement, commercialization, optimization, and portfolio lifecycle management for each solution.
• Drive successful product launches by articulating technical capabilities, equipping internal and external stakeholders, and serving as a strategic liaison between customers, markets, and product teams.
• Guide customers through onboarding and implementation, coordinating resolution of technical or setup‑related issues through appropriate channels.
• Deliver compelling product presentations to customers and regional stakeholders, showcasing value propositions and Mastercard’s strategic advantage.
• Maintain a robust customer pipeline and oversee business cases that capture revenue opportunities and scale Mastercard’s impact across the region
All About You
• Proven experience in product management and/or product development ideally within a bank or payments company.
• Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement, commercial success, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments while managing all aspects of the product lifecycle—from business case development to technical enablement to market activation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of structuring business cases, generating insight‑driven recommendations, and designing strategies that deliver measurable value.
• Comfortable working with technical implementations across Mastercard products and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.
• Storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to build persuasive narratives and influence at all levels.
