- Salary of £49,464 – £52,864 per annum subject to experience

Your Key Responsibilities
- Undertake timely and high-quality assessments in line with statutory guidance.
- Build strong, relationship-based practice with children, families and partner agencies.
- Engage families using motivational approaches to understand risk and need.
- Make informed decisions on whether statutory intervention is required or step-down support is appropriate.
- Complete robust risk assessments and develop effective plans to safeguard children.
For This Role You Will Need
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, CSS or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualified social work experience.
- Completion of ASYE.
- Experience of working within UK statutory children’s services, ideally within an assessment or frontline team.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
