We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at our premier tennis facility. This is a full-time position with morning shifts and one weekend day required, starting July 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations at the tennis facility
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate court reservations
- Provide support to tennis professionals as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Racquet Sports and our Head Tennis Professional
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
- Strong customer service skills (our top priority)
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous country club or hospitality experience is a plus
