About the role

The office for the Undergraduate College of A&S is hiring undergraduate A&S students to assist with front office duties, including:

  • Greet students and other guests.
  • Answer phones.
  • Support staff during busy summer orientation/pre-enrollment work.
  • Provide incoming students and their families with information.
  • Make appointments for Association Deans.
  • Provide basic information.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

We are looking for students with flexible schedules that will be able to work preferably in blocks of at least three hours between the hours of 9:30am and 4:30pm. Students that have the ability to work over the summer break and during the fall semester will receive preferential review. Federal Work Study students for the 2026-2027 academic year are encouraged to apply.

Rate of pay: $15/hour.

Undergrad student wage position. Summer workers will be able to work up to 32 hours a week. During the academic year, up to 20 hours per week.
