What you bring

Credit risk, corporate finance, audit or business operations professional with 4+ years experience and proven performance
Experience with financial statements analysis (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive successful actions and results
Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast paced, fast-growth environment
Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
Writes and speaks fluent English

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite new deals and manage existing exposures to make recommendations to Head of Credit
Monitor Remote’s credit risk at a portfolio level and implement strategies to reduce credit exposure and losses
Support development of risk management framework for Remote, maintain risk registry, understand group risks, quantify Remote’s exposure, propose preventative actions
Develop key policies like Remote’s Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Risk Management
Work with Product and Engineering teams to automate risk interventions
