At Dexcom, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that is redefining how diabetes is managed, helping millions of people live healthier lives. We are seeking a Pharmacy Product Trainer to join our Dexcom France Marketing team, from Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs to pharmacies and healthcare professionals, supporting the adoption and effective use of Dexcom ONE+ CGM.
This position plays an important role in ensuring the smooth distribution of our product through pharmacies. It combines training excellence, technical product knowledge, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on remote education delivery.
Where you come in:
• Plan, develop, and execute engaging training sessions for pharmacies and other healthcare professionals (HCPs), primarily delivered remotely.
• Act as a product expert for Dexcom ONE+ CGM, ensuring clear, accurate, and compliant communication of product features and benefits.
• Proactively reach out to customers (call out) to arrange ad-hoc training sessions on request and follow-up with no-show customers through phone calls and emails to maximise overall attendance rates.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to align training strategy with commercial priorities and campaigns.
• Identify training needs based on market feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Adapt training materials for different target audiences (pharmacists, nurses, general practitioners, etc.).
• Support onboarding and education initiatives related to new product features or updates.
• Track and report training effectiveness (attendance, satisfaction, impact) in collaboration with Customer Experience Manager.
• Ensure all training activities are compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
What makes you successful:
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Experience delivering remote/virtual training sessions.
• Experience in training, education, or field support roles, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices.
• Solid understanding of medical devices or diabetes care (CGM experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Dexcom ONE+ CGM (or ability to quickly develop deep product expertise) advantage.
• A strong ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple and engaging way.
• Confidence in engaging with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, structured approach with strong organizational skills.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Flex Workplace:
- Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,812.08 to €3,473.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.#DexcomLithuania
