We are seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support our Group TA team in Hong Kong. This internship offers hands-on exposure to TA strategy and transformation initiatives across all the markets Asia, Africa and Europe. The intern will work closely with the TA Excellence & Effectiveness team, contributing to both BAU hiring activities and strategic projects.1. TA Projects & Transformation
- Support ongoing TA initiatives, including:
- o Process standardisation
- o Candidate experience improvements
- o TA technology (e.g., Workday) enhancements
- Contribute to change management activities (e.g., communications, adoption tracking)
2. Talent Insights & Reporting
- Support preparation of TA dashboards and hiring reports
- Analyse hiring data to identify trends and insights
3. Stakeholder Experience
- Support coordination with internal stakeholders across HR and business teams
