We are looking for the best talent for Supply Chain Specialist.

The Supply Chain Specialist will provide dedicated operational and project-based support to the Korea Supply Chain team. This role will focus primarily on Project Bridge-related inventory management, sample coordination, and end-to-end operational execution, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-ups, and smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Bridge execution, including inventory planning, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory and sample-related activities, ensuring data accuracy and operational compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day supply chain operational support, such as order follow-up, coordination of deliverables, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, and internal SC teams) to enable smooth execution and timely problem-solving. 
  • Prepare and maintain basic operational reporting and materials for internal reviews and projects (e.g., trackers, reconciliations, dashboards, and summary packs)

Scope & Alignment

  • The detailed scope of work will be aligned and refined in collaboration with the Supply Chain team, based on business priorities and workload.
  • Responsibilities may evolve to ensure the team receives essential, practical support where most needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain planning and/or demand planning (forecasting, planning cycles, supply/demand coordination).
  • Strong planning and operational execution capability (able to manage trackers, reconcile data, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes under time constraints).
  • Solid analytical skills with Excel proficiency (data handling, basic reporting, reconciliation).
  • Business-level English communication skills (written and verbal), including clear stakeholder updates and business presentation materials.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; able to work across functions with urgency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated industry (pharma/medical device/healthcare) and/or exposure to quality/compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain tools.
  • Experience supporting projects (PMO-style execution, milestone tracking, issue/risk follow-up).
