We are searching for the best talent for Associate Professional Education Manager_Electrophysiology/Cardiovascular/Neurovascular
You will be responsible for:
Contribute to the development of professional education strategies; drive planning and execution of initiatives based on identifying customer learning demands and aligned with company interest of scope.
Apply market research and insights to understand customer learning demands and unmet needs
Leverage multiple sources of competitive intelligence (global, regional and local education, new technology strategy)
Design content, modality, and curriculum to set up long term learning journey
Establish tracking metrics to tools and adjusts plan from customer and stakeholder feedback
Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with KOLs, society and training centers
Manage the business plan with financial acumen
Influence the global / regional strategy team to ensure that TW needs are considered
Develop clear message delivery and communication that influence internal and external stakeholders.
Apply project management tools to define project objectives, scope and process
Collaborate proactively with regional and country partners to deliver plans and level up the impact
Successfully apply digital strategies and other innovative approaches
Close collaboration with the business units and support functions (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Prof-Ed/SLD, HCC and Legal) and Regional Edtech (upstream & downstream) as well as relationship building with
Non-negotiable commitment to compliance

University graduate or above.
Good command of Mandarin, Taiwanese & English.
5+ yrs proven Healthcare sales experiences. Electrophysiology/Cardiovascular/Neurovascular experience is a must.
Logical thinking process with strong market sense
