Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter Kreditabteilung (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sachbearbeitung und Unterstützung der Abteilung bei der Bearbeitung von Kreditanfragen
- Prüfung, Eingabe und Aktualisierung der Kunden- und Vertragsdaten in den Systemen / Datenbanken
- Erstellung von Kundenkorrespondenz, Rechnungen und Versand von Vertragsunterlagen für den Kunden und deren Versandvorbereitung
- Elektronische Archivierung von Unterlagen und deren Verwaltung und Pflege
- Allgemeine Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Identifikation des Vertragspartners im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Anforderungen
Ihre Qualifikation
- kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- hohe Kundenorientierung mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
