The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Clinical Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Sales support for defending or gaining new business at account level
• Leads discussion on scientific evidence & procedures for company products
• Supports sales conversion and in service for company products.
• Delivers product training to sales and marketing
• Executes account level programs to support sales and marketing campaigns
• Presents approved educational programs.
• Solves complex problems with differing techniques and methods.
• Leads or coaches project members or mentors new employees within functional discipline.
• Executes local and regional programs to support sales and marketing campaigns

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• MS in medical or nursing, MS above is preferred.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Clinical experience: ＞3years class 3A hospital working experience, preferred surgeon, or wound care nurse specialist (oversea study or visiting scholar experience is preferred)
• Robust knowledge and experience on:

1.Clinical Evidence

2.Public speaking and presentation skills

3.Regulatory compliance

4. Education, training and/or medical communications

5.KA program management

6.Knowledge of computer programs

7.Conmmunicate in English, both spoken and written

Work location: Shanghai, China

·       Hybrid (Onsite and Remote): Eligible

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
