ABOUT THE ROLE 

The IT Operations and Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a technically skilled and proactive professional with extensive experience in IT operations, network management, server administration, and cloud services. Additionally, this role will report to the Manager, Information Technology, and work closely with the IT team to support and enhance the company’s technology environment, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve overall IT operations. ​
