Role Summary and Impact

The Senior Manager, Global Orchestration for the SK-II account is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the strategic alignment, seamless synchronization, and flawless execution of SK-II's global brand initiatives across all markets. This role acts as the central orchestrator, ensuring consistent messaging, optimizing operational efficiency through standardized processes and innovative tools like WPP Open, and fostering continuous learning. By leveraging deep market intelligence, cultivating strong client relationships, and providing strategic counsel, the incumbent will directly impact SK-II's global growth trajectory, market share expansion, and premium brand consistency, while also identifying new revenue streams and solidifying WPP Media's position as a trusted strategic partner.

 

Skills and Experience

What you will do:

1. Global Campaign Synergy & Alignment:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for global campaign orchestration, ensuring consistent in execution, messaging and campaign tracking (KBD) across all markets.
  • Drive the adoption of standardized ways of working, processes, and reporting frameworks across markets to eliminate inefficiencies and foster alignment.
  • Synthesize learnings into a global POV identifying what to start, scale, or stop to drive continuous improvement and performance uplift.

 2. Market Intelligence & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Establish and maintain effective forums and communication channels to gather real-time market insights, ongoing initiatives, and best practices.
  • Proactively share global perspectives (Global POV) and critical learnings from individual markets (outside-in learning) to inspire and inform local strategies.
  • Lead the development of Global whitepapers/POVs to articulate a cohesive global narrative for brands, while also overseeing and synthesizing Market POVs.
