About the role

インダストリーコンサルタント（カスタマーフロント）【金融サービス領域】は顧客（生活者/消費者、法人顧客および従業員）が求める提供価値/体験を再定義し、持続的な事業成長を実現するべく、業界に深い知見を持ち、顧客を起点とした変革実現をするための要となるコンサルティング集団です。

プロジェクトではソング本部だけでなく、アクセンチュア全体の多様な人材やサービスラインと協業して、企業の顧客体験提供のフロントステージに関わる変革に加え、それを下支えするデータ・テクノロジー・組織・従業員体験含めたバックステージに関わる変革を含めた全領域を一気通貫で支援します。

◆業務内容

担当業界にフォーカスした中で、企業の経営者層のカウンターパートとして下記をカバー

フロントステージ変革：新規ビジネス戦略、ブランド戦略、マーケティング戦略、営業戦略、チャネル改革、顧客体験改革

・企業のパーパス・ミッションの再定義、それに基づくターゲットカスタマーと企業の価値・ブランドの明確化・市場規模概算

・ターゲットとなる生活者体験設計・マルチチャネルでのコミュニケーションプランの策定、新たな体験・共感を生み出す既存事業に閉じないサービス・商品の企画・構想立案

バックステージ変革：プロセス・データ・テクノロジー・組織・従業員を含めたオペレーティングモデル改革

・フロントステージで定義した体験を下支えするプロセス改革、人的資源・組織変革、データ活用・データ基盤戦略、カスタマーフロントのテクノロジー変革、経営資源配賦含めたガバナンス改革

・また、変革実行のカギとなる従業員を始めとする多様なステークホルダーのチェンジマネジメント推進・体験変革

◆プロジェクト事例

・保険業界：

従来の保険の提供価値を超えて、保険加入者との日々の関係性を深めていくことのできる新規事業モデルの構想立案から安定事業運営に至るまでの全体変革推進、ブランド・マーケティング戦略立案・実行、プロセス変革、組織・人財変革、データ利活用戦略・利用高度化、顧客向けアプリを含めたカスタマーフロントの必要システムの立案・開発

・銀行業界：

インターネットバンキング、アプリバンクへのシフトに伴うリテール営業モデルの全体見直し、アプリバンク構想から実際の導入・高度化含めた変革推進、デジタルマーケティング戦略の立案・運用高度化

・銀行・証券・生保・損保・クレジットカード・決済・リース業界または類する主要官庁でのご経験やご知見

・下記いずれか

ストラテジーコンサルティング・ビジネスコンサルティング・テクノロジーコンサルティング経験

経営企画・事業企画・事業開発・サービス企画・マーケティング戦略・営業企画・カスタマーサービス業務経験

テクノロジー戦略・システム導入・DX推進・ITコンサルティング経験、PMO・伴走支援経験
