Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team to support our recruiters in their daily operations and enhance the efficiency of our hiring process.

Your mission will be to assist the Talent Acquisition Managers with administrative management, process improvement, and employer branding in order to improve productivity and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will be part of a team of 6 people, including 5 Talent Acquisition Managers. The team is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across various departments, with a strong focus on acquisition, retention, and curating a seamless candidate journey from the first contact to the end of their experience. We are a tight-knit, cross-functional group where autonomy and impact are highly valued.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

- Support Talent Acquisition Managers in their daily operational missions.
- Manage administrative tracking and maintain recruitment dashboards (hiring, onboarding, Lever data).
- Prepare and format job descriptions for publication on various boards.
- Implement new tools and processes to enhance the team's productivity and quality of work.
- Assist with recruitment communication, including creating content (photos, posts) to boost employer branding.
- Ensure data accuracy within our ATS (Lever) and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new Scalers.

ABOUT YOU

Hard Skills
Proficiency with Google Suite and communication tools (Slack).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in contact-heavy roles requiring high standards (recruitment, commerce, reception).
BONUS : Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever) and recruitment platforms (Welcome to the Jungle)

Soft Skills
Rigor and strong organizational skills.
