Responsibilities:
- Goods receipt in SAP
- Create purchase orders for local converting considering future sales forecast, current inventory level and promotional requirements
- Organizing and active participation on the monthly S&OP and consensus meetings; set-up and maintenance of sales forecast in IBP for all customers
- Master Data Maintenance in SAP (e.g. MRP data, info record, source list, packaging material weights and type material
- Managing the inbound transportation to 3PL warehouse and inform the 3PL about the inbound shipments
- Inbound complaints handling – difference in deliveries, damaged goods
- Other tasks related to demand responsibilities (e.g. Stock / SLOB management, SC KPIs)
- Pallet management
- Intrastat reporting
Qualifications:
- University, high school or equivalent
- English advanced written and oral
- MS Office (excel high proficiency)
