About the role

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join us at Unframe and help shape how we grow - as a team, as a culture, and as a company.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with managers and employees, combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with team leads and managers to support team growth, performance, and development
  
  
• Support core HR processes (performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, etc.)
  
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all people-related topics
  
  
• Help design and evolve org structure as we scale
  
  
• Own employee lifecycle processes (from onboarding to development and offboarding)
  
  
• Drive initiatives around engagement, culture, and employee experience
  
  
• Identify challenges early and proactively suggest solutions
  
  
• Work closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals
  
  

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in an HRBP / People Partner role
  
  
• Must: experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build trust quickly
  
  
• Experience supporting managers through people-related challenges
  
  
• High emotional intelligence and strong judgment
  
  
• Comfortable in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
  
  
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
  
  

Nice to have

• Background in organizational development, coaching, or talent management
