Are you relentless, curious, and customer-obsessed? We're searching for a passionate and adaptable individual to join our specialist frontline operations team in Hull for a fixed 6-month fixed term contract. You'll be providing crucial AML support during a period of growth, playing a vital part in maintaining our operational stability and protecting our customers. If you're team-spirited and ready to jump in where you're needed most, we'd love to talk.
What you will do...
- Monitor and process the front-end Customer Due Diligence (CDD) queue, ensuring cases are prioritised and handled within agreed SLAs.
- Clear the backlog of outstanding Periodic Review cases, bringing our customer portfolio up to current standards.
- Conduct interim ongoing monitoring, including the review and escalation of World-Check 1 (WC1) alerts.
- Execute flexible, ad-hoc CDD reviews and remediation casework to maintain compliance standards.
- Assist with complex or high-risk case investigations as required.
- Support a seamless handover to permanent hires by documenting processes and ensuring adherence to policies.
