About the role:
Are you a creative powerhouse who thrives on variety and autonomy? We are seeking a talented and independent Graphic Designer to join our New Zealand team in a unique, stand-alone role. As the sole designer for our Multisales business, you will be the creative heart supporting our iconic Snacking and Petcare brands, as well as our Corporate Affairs team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full creative ownership, juggle multiple exciting projects, and see your work come to life across diverse platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of content strategies, from initial concept and brainstorming to final production.
- Design and produce a high volume of engaging content for a variety of print and digital platforms, including static imagery, social media assets, e-commerce content, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and champion our brands' visual identities, ensuring consistency and excellence across all materials.
- Collaborate closely with brand teams, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual content.
- Manage your projects from end-to-end, ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of content, including managing feedback and approval processes.
- Flex your creative muscles by supporting ad hoc requests from across the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Graphic Design experience, ideally from an agency, freelance, or in-house production environment within FMCG/Retail.
- The ability to thrive in a stand-alone role; you are an independent, resilient, and proactive self-starter.
- Expertise in juggling multiple brands and projects simultaneously, with exceptional project management skills.
- Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in image production/editing tools (e.g., Photoshop), strong copywriting skills, and video editing experience (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-design colleagues.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative concepts, art direction, and design skills across both print and digital media.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification is required.
