Role Summary and Impact 

  • Lead the social media strategy for campaigns and ongoing initiatives
  • Design editorial guidelines, content areas, and creative frameworks
  • Coordinate content execution in collaboration with the creative team
  • Oversee community management (without getting involved in day-to-day responses)
  • Translate cultural and audience insights into actionable ideas
  • Collaborate with media, data, and insights teams to integrate social media into the overall strategy
  • Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and cultural relevance across all platforms
  • Participate in the development of strategic presentations for clients

 

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Design, or a related field.
  • Advanced English
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (Social Media Strategist, Community Lead, or Supervisor), ideally in entertainment, film, streaming, or brands with a strong cultural component and a social media-driven approach.
  • Primary platforms to manage:
  • Social Media (organic and understanding of paid amplification)
  • Key platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest
  • General knowledge of the digital ecosystem and the role of social media within 360-degree campaigns
