Buscamos a un/a Social Media Strategist que siempre vea más allá del "me gusta" y el "compartir". Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y liderar estrategias de contenido: Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos que definan la voz de la marca, construyan narrativas y generen contenido relevante.
- Convertir insights en valor estratégico: Conexión con las tendencias culturales, comportamientos del consumidor y el ecosistema social media para transformar señales en estrategias innovadoras y accionables.
- Gestión y presentación estratégica: Crear y defender propuestas estratégicas convincentes ante clientes y equipos internos, articulando la visión y el impacto esperado de cada iniciativa.
- Fomentar la colaboración transversal: Trabajar de la mano con equipos de Estrategia, Creatividad, Contenido y Cuentas para asegurar la coherencia estratégica y la ejecución de campañas integradas.
- Vivir en la tendencia: Estar siempre al día con las últimas funcionalidades de las plataformas, herramientas y algoritmos, explorando nuevas oportunidades para mantener nuestra presencia digital relevante y diferenciada.
Requisitos
- 3-5 años de experiencia liderando estrategias de Social Media en agencia o consultoría. Valoraremos especialmente experiencia desarrollando estrategias innovadoras y disruptivas que vayan más allá de lo convencional.
- Interés real por la cultura digital, evolución de plataformas y creadores de contenido, manteniéndose siempre al día de tendencias y nuevas formas de comunicar.
- Capacidad para estructurar narrativas estratégicas claras, priorizar ideas y presentar propuestas de forma efectiva.
- Sensibilidad creativa y criterio visual.
- Conocimiento de paid media y ecosistemas digitales.
- Idiomas:Español e inglés (nivel avanzado/profesional, imprescindible).
