Ceremony Of Roses are Sony’s in-house merchandise team who represent and deliver sell-out merch for a host of globally successful artists, telling their stories through compelling creative and quality product. We are a global media, branding, design and events company with a full service music merchandise arm, covering every aspect of merchandise sales, production and distribution worldwide. We are rapidly growing and have an exciting opportunity to join the team!

As the Head of Artist Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Account Managers (AMs) to further success. This position will lead a team of professionals to deliver strategic and results-driven partnering solutions for our world’s top artists.This role demands a strategic leader with a keen understanding of the music merchandise industry, an ability to inspire and guide teams, and a commitment to excellence. This is a senior role that reports directly to the MD.
