About the role
- Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region, owning the full sales cycle
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and engage senior stakeholders (CFO, Head of Finance, Shared Services, AR leaders)
- Build strong value-driven sales propositions around cash flow, working capital, and DSO reduction
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within DACH
- Proven success in enterprise software sales (hunter role)
- Strong experience in FinTech, payments, or financial process automation
- Ideally, experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or working capital solutions
- Track record of selling to enterprise and mid-market corporates in the DACH region
- Strong understanding of finance processes and CFO-level value messaging
- Fluent in German and English (required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
