YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Data Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's local Ops team! You'll play a crucial role in leveraging data to optimize our partner ecosystem, driving efficiency and improving overall performance. THE JOURNEY
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points within partner operations, focusing on metrics like preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time, and customer ratings.
- Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements for our partners.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics related to partner performance.
- Identify and communicate important insights to relevant stakeholders, influencing changes that enhance partner efficiency and satisfaction.
- Utilize data to support the establishment of excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners, demonstrating data-backed value and building engagement.
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved in partner success to ensure a data-driven approach.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- You're passionate about diving deep into data, identifying root causes, and extracting meaningful insights.
- You're comfortable working with KPIs and OKRs, and you have a proven track record of using data to drive decisions.
- Expert-level skills in Google Spreadsheets/Excel are a must.
- Experience with Looker or similar platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- You can clearly articulate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You are independent and take initiative in identifying and pursuing analytical opportunities.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude that drives continuous learning and improvement.
- Professional English proficiency.
