Job Description:
As a Learning Experience Manager at Mars, you will be a key driver in shaping the growth and development of our Associates. Your purpose is to design and orchestrate a modern, end-to-end learning ecosystem that is both engaging and seamlessly integrated into the daily flow of work.
You will act as a valued partner to the business, translating business needs into effective learning experiences. By curating a rich landscape of resources and leveraging technology and data, your work will directly contribute to our strategic Mars Global Services (MGS) vision by building the capabilities our organization needs for the future.
What are we looking for?
5+ years' experience in instructional design, specifically designing and developing engaging learner journeys and solutions.
Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand needs and define learning objectives.
Knowledge of learning and development principles and familiarity with modern learning technologies.
Project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency working with data and learner feedback to inform design decisions.
A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, matrixed environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Design the Experience: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into high-level learning approaches. Apply design methodologies to map the learner journey and design a holistic ecosystem of experiences that drive behavior change.
Orchestrate Solutions: Curate and develop innovative, multi-faceted learning experiences from a world-class portfolio of internal and external resources. Set clear requirements for our Instructional Design partners to ensure the final assets meet our standards for quality and impact. At times, you may need to develop assets yourself.
Drive Improvement: Use learner feedback and data to help refine our learning solutions. Stay current with learning trends and technologies, identifying practical ways to improve the learner experience.
Execute with Excellence: Manage multiple learning projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
