ASSISTENTE TÉCNICO EM MECÂNICA LINHA LEVES E/OU PESADOS (DIESEL)

Atuação: Rio Grande do Sul e São Paulo

Sua missão: realizar vistorias técnicas e regular ordens de serviço, assegurando conformidade com as políticas do cliente, redução de custos e agilidade para maximizar a disponibilidade da frota.

Principais responsabilidades:

Validação de orçamentos (peças, mão de obra e tempos de execução).
Planejamento e controle das manutenções.
Consultas a sistemas e agendamentos; vistorias e abertura de protocolos.
Cotações de peças/serviços conforme diretrizes.
Monitoramento de prazos de regulação.
Controle do MTBF (Tempo Médio entre Falhas) e apoio aos planos de preventivas.
Acompanhamento de garantias e negociação com oficinas credenciadas.

Requisitos:

Ensino médio completo.
Experiência em mecânica automotiva (veículos leves e/ou pesados – diesel).
Desejável vivência em concessionárias, transportadoras, oficinas, gestão de frotas ou seguradoras.
Bons conhecimentos do Pacote Office.
Comunicação clara, trabalho em equipe e proatividade.
Habilidade de negociação de peças e serviços.
Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido.
