Head of Factory
 Location: Cikarang, Indonesia

About the Role

The Head of Factory is responsible for overseeing the full end‑to‑end operations of the manufacturing operations in Cikarang. This role ensures that production, quality, safety, maintenance, and supply operations are executed to deliver reliable output, cost efficiency, and high product standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall factory operations, including production, engineering, quality, safety, and logistics.
Ensure all products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
Ensure robust plant maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Manage factory budgets, operational KPIs, and resource planning.
Build and develop a strong factory leadership team and skilled workforce.
Maintain strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP standards across the site.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Commercial teams to meet production and delivery commitments.
Lead factory audits, certification processes, and regulatory inspections.
Support capacity expansion projects, technology upgrades, and factory modernization.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food/FMCG/ edible oil production.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams.
Proven track record in factory management, productivity improvement, and cost control.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
