About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Senior Digital Performance Architect defines and engineers the performance architecture of the Digital Solutions Group (DSG). This role establishes how value, quality, predictability, efficiency, and AI-driven cost structures are measured across product, engineering, operations, partnerships, and AI initiatives.
The role enables empowered teams to operate autonomously within clear, data-driven guardrails by embedding outcome-based measurement models and eliminating fragmented or redundant reporting. This position is foundational to DSG’s transformation toward outcome-driven performance management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain the DSG Performance Architecture spanning outcome models, delivery metrics, operational health, financial value realization, and AI cost transparency.
- Define and standardize KPI frameworks across product domains, TPO structures, and practices.
- Establish enterprise-wide measurement standards, data lineage principles, and governance models.
- Engineer scalable metric logic and performance visibility systems that reduce manual reporting.
- Enable the shift from feature-based delivery to outcome-driven performance management.
- Embed engineering flow and predictability metrics aligned with modern digital standards (e.g., DORA).
- Drive transparency and performance visibility that reduces dependency on informal networks and individual “hero” execution.
- Embed cost-to-value visibility models that connect engineering activity to margin impact and financial outcomes.
- Establish AI cost governance frameworks including model usage, token consumption, and infrastructure efficiency tracking.
- Integrate predictive analytics to proactively identify performance risks and margin impacts.
- Ensure metrics drive empowerment and clarity, not bureaucracy, by simplifying performance visibility.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and AI CoE to align performance guardrails.
- Provide structured performance insights and recommend metric-driven interventions to leadership.
- Operate as a cross-functional authority on performance architecture across DSG.
