職務概要
アカウントエグゼクティブは、当社の成長と市場拡大を牽引する重要な役割を担っています。DomoのAIソリューションを新規・既存顧客に対しビジネス課題を見抜きソリューション提案を行い事業拡大の成功事例としてインパクトを与えます。
単なるプロダクト販売ではなく、顧客の経営課題に踏み込み、複数部門・意思決定層（CxO含む）を巻き込んだ戦略的アカウント開拓を担う役割です。
期待される役割・ミッション
- 日本市場における売上成長の中核として、大型案件の創出・クロージングをリード
- 顧客の経営・事業課題に基づいたソリューション営業の推進
- 複数部門・ステークホルダーを巻き込んだアカウント戦略の構築・実行
- 長期的な顧客関係の構築を通じたアップセル・クロスセルの最大化
業務内容
- 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客の深耕（エンタープライズ中心）
- 顧客のビジネス課題・KPIの理解に基づいたディスカバリーの実施
- カスタマーサクセス、ソリューションエンジニア等と連携した提案活動
- 経営層・部門責任者レベルとのリレーション構築
- 提案〜交渉〜クロージングまでの営業プロセス全体の推進
- CRMを活用したパイプライン管理および精度の高い売上予測
- 市場動向・競合情報の把握および戦略への反映
