Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company, an iconic brand with over 136 years of history, is looking for a Director of Human Resources specializing in Employee/Labor Relations and Diversity. This role is pivotal in steering the organization's people strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies in employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and workplace rights.
- Act as a functional consultant to line management and the HR department, providing expertise in labor relations and diversity programs.
- Navigate complex interactions with employees, labor unions, and external organizations, managing relationships and representing management perspectives.
- Investigate, resolve complaints, grievances, and disputes, ensuring harmonious workplace relations.
- Direct negotiations, interpretations, and the administration of collective bargaining agreements.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, training, and ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity mandates.
- Advise on strategies for creating a productive and harmonious working environment.
- Govern and sustain workplace rights policies and supplier guiding principles.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in related HR roles.
- Proven track record in influencing leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in navigating a network organization.
- Business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in strategic communications.
- Solid project management and change management skills.
- Competency in handling data-driven analytics, digital platforms, and generating insights.

Base Salary: 272000 PLN to 444000 PLN
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30%
Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
