Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Service Sales Engineer to support and expand our Service & Aftermarket business, including:

  • Service Agreements
  • Repairs & Maintenance Services
  • Equipment Replacement Projects
  • Compressor Inspection & Maintenance Services

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s long-term commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and achievement of financial targets.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts according to service requirements.
  • Execute weekly customer visit schedules and maintain strong customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Increase sales revenue, market share, and customer awareness of company products and services.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare:
    • Compressor Inspection Reports
    • Maintenance Reports
    • Unit Inspection Reports
  • Deliver technical and commercial reports to customers in a professional manner.
  • Support business development initiatives within assigned customer segments.
  • Identify and develop prospective customer accounts and sales leads.
  • Participate in bid preparation, proposal submissions, and negotiations with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales business development team to maximize opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance company visibility.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • MBA is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum:
    • 5 years of relevant experience in Service Sales (preferred), or
    • 3 years of relevant experience in outside sales/business development.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of service and aftermarket business operations.
  • Practical knowledge of service systems, programs, and commercial processes.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical understanding of HVAC/compressor/service systems.
  • Experience in maintenance contracts and aftermarket services.
  • Business development and opportunity management experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
