About the role
IQC technicians are mainly responsible for the inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products of instrument components, and completing relevant reports and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for incoming inspection, FAI inspection and application test. 负责来料检验，首件检验和应用检验
- Feed back the quality information of raw materials to the supplier's quality engine反馈原材料的质量信息给供应商质量工程师
- Assist the supplier's quality engineer in handling defective products协助供应商质量工程师处理不良品
- Be responsible for the semi-finished product inspection of instrument components负责仪器部件的半成品检验
- Be responsible for the appearance inspection and size inspection of glass products负责玻璃产品的外观检验、尺寸检验
- Be responsible for the finished product inspection of instrument components负责仪器部件成品的检验
- Be responsible for the abnormal analysis and statistics of test results负责测试结果的异常分析与统计
- Other tasks assigned by the line supervisor/manager直线主管/经理安排的其他工作
Qualifications & Requirements:
- College degree or above, majoring in electronics, electrical appliances, automation, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred大专以上学历，电子、电气、自动化、机械相关专业优先
- Fresh graduates and inexperienced newcomers are accepted. Work experience is preferred接受应届生、无经验新人，有工作经验优先
- Those who understand the basic characteristics of common materials such as electronic components, basic mechanical parts, and plastic parts, can read simple mechanical drawings, and meet size standards are preferred了解电子元器件、基础机械配件、塑料件等常规物料基本特性、看得懂简单机械图纸、尺寸标准者优先
- Proficient in using conventional inspection measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and plug gauges. This course is suitable for beginners会使用卡尺、千分尺、塞规等常规检验量具，零基础可培养
- Possessing excellent learning ability, being meticulous and conscientious in work, highly responsible, obedient to management, and having good execution and teamwork skills 具备良好的学习能力，做事认真细致、责任心强、服从管理，具备良好的执行力和团队协作能力
- Have basic computer operation skills and be proficient in using excel, word, power point, etc.具备基础电脑操作，可熟练使用excel、word、power point 等
