WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are a lean team at the heart of SimCorp’s global marketing organization, responsible for all paid campaigns and selected organic channels. Working closely together and as part of the larger marketing team, we drive brand awareness and engagement by executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital campaigns that support SimCorp’s growth and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Set up and manage paid media campaigns primarily on LinkedIn.
- Manage organic LinkedIn posting, including scheduling, coordination, and alignment with paid efforts.
Performance Marketing
- Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct A/B split testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly performance reports across all active campaigns.
- Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to inform future strategy.
Budget Management
- Track and optimize campaign budgets across channels.
- Prepare monthly budget reports and forecasts, flagging any discrepancies or opportunities for reallocation.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, analytics, campaign team) and external partners (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Coordinate asset delivery and campaign timelines with stakeholders.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid media or campaign management.
- LinkedIn Ads Manager experience is required.
- Proficient analytical skills and a focus on detail
- Experience campaign performance optimization.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

- Hybrid working arrangement (2x/week)
