FieldAI is seeking a Software Engineer, Human-Robot Interaction. In this role, you'll shape how humans and robots communicate, collaborate, and build trust in real-world environments. From natural language dialogue systems to intuitive interaction paradigms, you'll design the interfaces that make our robots approachable, understandable, and effective partners for operators across diverse industries.
This position sits at the intersection of robotics, AI, and human factors. You'll work closely with both research and product teams, translating cutting-edge HRI insights into field-ready interaction systems that ship to customers. You'll leverage foundation models to push beyond conventional command-and-control interfaces, enabling rich, context-aware dialogue and adaptive robot behaviors.
