 Role Summary & Impact

As a Manager – Offline Media Activation, you will lead the activation and execution of large-scale offline media investments across TV, Print, and Radio, Events, and Content Integrations. You will be responsible for translating media strategies into cost-efficient, high-quality execution, managing senior stakeholders, and driving value through planning, partnerships, and delivery excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to work on one of the most prestigious and demanding global accounts – Google, providing unmatched exposure to high-impact campaigns, marquee properties, and complex media ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end offline media planning and execution for high-value brands, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Evaluate and activate impact properties, events, sponsorships, and content integrations aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Partner closely with Business, Investment Team, MPlan/Ad Ops, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and audit readiness.
  • Manage and mentor Managers and Senior Managers, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and delivery discipline.
  • Act as a senior client-facing stakeholder, confidently discussing planning/execution strategy, delivery status, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Proactively identify innovations, alternate inventory opportunities, and efficiency levers within offline media.
