We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Regional Key Account Manager to join our Sales team based out of NSW!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop, implement and track account-specific business plans with the Field Sales Manager, setting targets and measuring performance against agreed KPIs.
Prospect, qualify and secure new key accounts; maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
Lead commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with clear objectives, metrics and governance.
Ensure commercial deals meet profitability requirements through margin and scenario analysis prior to approval.
Partner with state key account teams and internal functions (marketing, supply chain, NPD, finance) to design tailored product, service and commercial solutions.
Monitor adherence to JBPs and commercial agreements; identify gaps, escalate issues and implement corrective actions to protect performance and margin.
Communicate timely and accurate forecasts, opportunity pipeline, NPD status, pricing changes and market intelligence to the National Field Sales Manager and key stakeholders.
Drive regional growth and a proactive business development culture; secure anchor customers and reference sites to support successful NPD launches.
Plan and deliver high impact in market activities (trade shows, cook-ups, customer activations and demos) to build loyalty and generate sales.
Deliver strategic, data backed market and customer insights to leadership with clear recommended next steps.
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) hygiene to manage accounts, track opportunities, update forecasts and report performance.
Use customer data and commercial analysis to influence assortment, pricing and promotional plans that maximise channel profitability.
Coordinate cross functional execution of customer programs, ensuring timely fulfilment, compliance and measurement of outcomes.
Proactively manage and mitigate risks (supply, pricing, compliance) within assigned accounts in partnership with internal teams.
Make independent decisions within established procedures and cascade those procedures into practical recommendations while coaching peers.
Collaborate with colleagues across functions, maintain awareness of related activities and dependencies, and influence/support stakeholders to drive account outcomes.
Plan and prioritise workload on a month to month and project basis using weekly to monthly planning cycles.
Demonstrate commitment to food safety, EHS and ethical standards, represent the brand professionally and embody company values.
What you'll bring:
Sales experience at a state-based and account management level
Minimum 2-3 years’ sale experience in an FMCG company.
Strong Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for sales
High commercial and sales acumen
Foodservice & FMCG-related background
Account management
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (critically excel)
Understanding of CRM tools
Negotiation skills and professional communication
