Job Description:

  • Monitor and support the team’s performance

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in daily team’s tasks

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Support team leaders in work prioritization

  • Regular reviews with manager on people development, participation in Employee appraisal process

  • Manage employee work time (vacation, work time reports)

  • Financial control of the department costs

  • Shift according to the weekly plan: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

We expect from applicants:

  • Available to work on the interim shift - working hours 15:00-23:00 or on the night shift – working hours 18:00-2:00

  • At least 6 months experience in a team management

  • Fluent English (Italian/French will be considered an asset)

  • Ability to make decisions under time pressure

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good MS Office skills: particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Flexibility to work during weekends upon request

  • At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
