In this role, you act as a true business partner for manufacturing in Lapua and Tampere, turning data into decisions. You will drive transparent cost control, improve reporting, and uncover efficiency opportunities. Step into a fast-evolving global supply organization where your insights directly impact profitability and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

• Support business decisions through operational analysis, including business performance measures & KPIs.

• Coach business with finance related topics

• Coordinate forecasting & budgeting processes.

• Prepare and develop monthly reporting according to Global Supply and Valmet management systems.

• Drive cost competitiveness in production

• Drive global management reporting structures and accuracy of financials.

• In charge of operation cost elements: capacity cost, capacity utilization, hourly rates, absorption.

• In charge of controlling inventory, investments, work in progress, fix assets, Net Working Capital.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, rules, and regulations and corporate governance practices.

Expectations for you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Industrial Management

• 3+ years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, or financial management

• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)

• Experienced in manufacturing in international/global environment is advantage

• Fluent in English and Finnish

• Travel may be required occasionally within Finland
