Job Responsibilities
Agency Communication Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated communication plans aligned with Agency strategy and overall business objectives working hand in hand with Agency Change Management.
- Translate Agency priorities, propositions, campaigns, and change initiatives into clear, consistent, and engaging communication messages.
- Build and evolve communication platforms/tools to enhance interaction, engagement, and information flow within the salesforce.
2. Communication Execution & Operational Management
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of Agency communications, including campaign communication, internal announcements, recognition, change communication, and salesforce enablement materials focusing on internal communications.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of communication activities; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure communication activities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with compliance, risk, and brand guidelines.
3. Stakeholder & Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Act as the key communication partner for Agency leadership, GAM, Corporate Marketing, and other related functions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication efforts for Agency‑wide initiatives, campaigns, and transformation projects.
- Support crisis and incident communication for the Agency channel in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
4. Team Management & Capability Development
- Lead, develop, and coach the Agency Communication team to drive high performance, ownership, and professional growth.
- Ensure clear role definitions, KPIs, and development plans for direct reports.
- Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and execution‑focused team culture.
5. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all communication activities comply with Prudential Vietnam’s policies, PCA regulations, and risk management requirements.
- Work closely with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage communication‑related risks and approvals.
Job Accountability
Effectiveness and consistency of Agency communication strategies and execution. Improved salesforce engagement, understanding, and activation through communication. Successful delivery of Agency communication initiatives supporting business priorities and change management. Compliance with governance, cost efficiency, and risk management standards. Capability and performance development of the Agency Communication team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, or related fields, with strong exposure to internal communications, campaign communication, or change communication.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or large salesforce organizations is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking with structured execution capability.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and results‑driven.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change effectively.
- Leadership capability at Senior Manager level.
